AdD Global is now the official partner for JML Group, Japanese company specialized in the entry-market for food and beverage foreign brands in Japan.


The goal of this partnership is to offer a 360 service for manufacturers eagered to explore the sustainable opportunities in the Asian market.

New Suppliers Network in Japan

One of the goals given to AdD by its Mission’s clients was to ensure and build a new suppliers network in Japan.


Each Mission’s client gave their requirements in terms of product, quality, price and timing.


The AdD team is proud to confirm that all the targets were matched, agreements and contracts were closed on-site, thus the Mission’s clients capabilities in Japan have grown significantly.

New cooperation program between Japan and Europe

After several negotiations, Pablo Gallardo, the AdD Founder, closed a collaboration with an important group of Japanese investors to start a program for Japanese solid businesses and Startups who want to expand their activities in Europe.

The Challenge: A European client was managing multiple Japanese suppliers from their headquarters. While the suppliers were high-quality, the «flow» of information and goods was plagued by lag, miscommunication, and non-optimal shipping routes.

The AdD Intervention: Our team conducted an on-site visit to the Japanese facilities. We mapped the «Invisible logistics», or in other words: the undocumented way info traveled between the shop floor and the shipping dock.

The Result: A redesigned communication channel between the Japanese suppliers and the European HQ. By eliminating the distance-gap in information, the lead times were reduced and ensured that the «information flow» finally matched the «goods flow.»

The Challenge: A European client felt their Japanese supplier’s pricing model was opaque and rigid. Attempts to renegotiate from Europe were met with cultural and data-driven walls.

The AdD Intervention: The AdD performed a comprehensive on-site Audit. By being physically present, we were able to analyze the operational costs and production nuances that weren’t visible in the invoices. This «ground-truth» data provided a neutral, factual basis for a new pricing structure.

The Result: A new, mutually beneficial pricing system was established. This wasn’t just a «discount» but a strategic alignment that strengthened the trust between the European buyer and the Japanese supplier, proved only through physical verification.
