On the Ground in Bilbao: Inside BeGas Motor
Here is the thing about a production line: you cannot really understand it from a distance. To really understand a business, you have to be where the work happens.
That is why the AdD team travelled to Bilbao to visit the production facilities at BeGas Motor.
We started at the BeGas headquarters, but the highlight was stepping out of the meeting room and into the workshop.
Seeing the production process firsthand changes everything. It gave you a genuine appreciation for the engineering and the scale of their operations. We did not just talk about the engines; we saw how they are built, piece by piece.
Defining the path forward after the tour, we got down to work. The objective was simple: facilitate a space for open discussion.
We focused on two things:
1) Gaining a clear, shared understanding of the current state at BeGas.
2) Defining the next steps to tackle the challenges ahead.
It was a productive few days. No noise, just a dedicated team, honest conversations, and a clear focus on what comes next.
